Ruffle Neck Tank with Candy Stripe Ruffle Shorts Set

I have never had a bad experience ordering from this company. Never, until this order. I ordered on July 29th and it took over a week to ship. I emailed them and never received a response but it shipped the next day. My package was shipped on August 8th and it’s August 19th and I have still yet to receive my order. Not their fault that my package was lost in the mail but I emailed them twice and never not once received a response. Luckily I received an update today that my package has been located and is supposed to be here tomorrow (8/20) if it doesn’t get lost again. I had to go out and buy more school clothes so my kiddo had something new to start school in and with it being so late everything was picked over. The only reason I waited until the end of July to order was because I was waiting for the back to school line to drop which it never did. Many people on Facebook left comments asking when it would launch and no one ever commented to at least say it would not be dropping. Everyone else like myself was waiting to order until they dropped the back to school line. I know somethings are out of their control but communication goes a long way. I’m not sure what is going on with the company but this is not the type of customer service I have ever received from them. I’m disappointed and not sure I’ll order from them again.
